Question: I sent someone a PDF form I created to be filled out. They returned it to me by email but it looked like an empty form. If I clicked on the fields I could see the data but it would not print out. Is there a way to print the form with the completed information?
Answer: It could be the person completing the form had a Mac. For some reason when it is saved as a PDF and returned, the data in the fields does not display. If, however, they Print the form to a PDF File, it will save with the information in the fields which can be printed.
